Her sire Tygo is a strong, athletic male with excellent balance of prey and defence drive, a clear mind, and great handler focus. 

Her dam Shiva is a powerful female with true Dutch character — stable, confident and naturally protective, producing offspring with exceptional nerve and solid working potential. 

Dexi herself is a phenotypic throw-back to her grandmother Flora (BRN 20842), a consistently-producing dam whose progeny serve worldwide in working and police roles. 

Flora brings traits of extremely intense prey and guard drive, strong possession, excellent nerve and pressure tolerance — her legacy runs strongly in Dexi. 

While Dexi was never developed as a working dog, she still carries the essence of her lineage — medium drive for a Malinios, highly territorial, yet incredibly sweet, affectionate and loyal with those she knows and loves.
