Ari – Purebred German Shepherd Female

Available in Mount Tarampa, QLD

Ari is a well-bred purebred German Shepherd with a loyal, protective nature and an affectionate personality once she knows you. She is naturally territorial and makes an excellent guard dog, providing a strong visual and vocal deterrent to unwanted visitors while remaining deeply devoted to her family.

Although she is reserved with strangers initially, Ari forms strong bonds with her people. Once introduced properly, she is a big sweetheart who enjoys being part of the family and is eager to please those she trusts.

Having been raised on a 40-acre property, Ari is accustomed to a rural lifestyle with plenty of space. She has had limited exposure to busy suburban environments, so we believe she would be best suited to another acreage or semi-rural home where she can continue to thrive.

Ari gets along well with most other dogs, including small dogs when introduced appropriately. However, she is not recommended for homes with cats or young children. She would be best suited to an adult home or a family with older, dog-savvy children who understand how to respectfully interact with large working breeds.

Ari’s hip scores are not suitable for our breeding program, which is why she is being offered as a companion rather than a breeding dog. Importantly, her X-rays do not indicate a condition that is expected to affect her comfort or quality of life in normal day-to-day activities.

• A home without cats.

• An experienced owner familiar with the German Shepherd breed.
